1. General

2. Registration and Payment
To participate in an event organized by Event Nepal, you must complete the registration process and make the necessary payment where applicable. 4. Participant Conduct

5. Liability
Event Nepal is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during the event. Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings and safety. Event Nepal recommends that participants have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.
6. Media and Photography
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by Event Nepal for promotional and marketing purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media channels, and other platforms. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please inform the event staff upon arrival.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Event Nepal respects your privacy. Personal data collected during the registration process will be used solely for event-related purposes, including communication and management of your participation. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
Event Nepal will not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.

Event Nepal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or other means. Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
